Chief Operating Officer

Jayne has been with Lime since 2003 and is responsible for the Customer Support, and Partnerships strategy with the primary aim to deliver legendary service to our tour operator partners.


Jayne looks forward to the first three months of the year as she enjoys the ski season. She classes herself as an above average skier... but only when she's not skiing with her daughter!


Chief HR Officer

Lorraine joined Lime in 2007 and has since been ensuring a happy and productive workplace by making sure we have the right people with the right skills in the right job. 


Lorraine's passion is upcycling and she loves nothing more than finishing off a piece of furniture to sit proudly in her home. Staff have been warned not to leave anything lying around otherwise it'll get renovated! 


Chief Commercial Officer

Matt has worked for Lime since 2003 and is responsible for our relationship with International Airlines Group (IAG) airlines as well as driving commercial activity across the Travel Innovation Group. 


With an unhealthy interest in football and giving back to the community, Matt juggles his day job with running a junior football club as Chairman and an FA licensed coach.


New Business & Partnerships Manager

Naomi started in 2003. She manages the Partnerships team across Lime and Travel Innovation Group. The team researches new business opportunities and develops lasting relationships whilst maximising sales. 


In her spare time Naomi enjoys yoga and loved participating in a sunrise class on the rooftop of The Peninsula, Bangkok during a fam trip. 


New Business Manager

Stacey joined the company in 2010 and is responsible for identifying and sourcing new business opportunities for Lime and also the lead for all prospect discussions relating to our technology.


Outside of her role at Lime, Stacey has established her own business as a qualified semi-permanent eyelash technician. Her experience has enabled her to work with a number of celebrity clients along the way!


Marketing Manager

Natalie joined Lime in 2013 and her team is responsible for communications, incentives and events along with supporting tour operator partners with their airline marketing. 


Natalie is a real sucker for the next dining concept; from innovative street-food pop ups to elaborate tasting menus. She loves the memorable experiences that surround dining when travelling.


IAG Airline Account Manager

Jaclyn joined Lime in 2006 and has worked across both Groups and Flights before moving into this role. Assisting the Chief Commercial Officer, Jaclyn manages Lime's relationships with IAG and IAG partner airlines to ensure each is commercially maximised.


In her spare time Jaclyn is a keen tennis fan, attending Wimbledon every year and as many other tournaments as possible!


Groups Manager

Sophie has worked with Lime since 2012 and manages a team of reservations staff, who are here to assist with any Groups bookings or queries and provide an exceptional customer experience.

When Sophie was younger she was part of a majorette dance group. As well as twirling batons she learned disciplinary, structure and made friends for life. 


Flights Manager

Bronwen has worked with Lime since 2015 and manages the day to day running of the Flights reservations team who assist with all bookings up to ticketing stage. In addition, she looks for new processes to enhance our booking systems.


In her spare time, Bronwen enjoys taking her dog Teddy the Cavapoo for walks to new places where he can experience new smells.


Chief Financial Officer 

After qualifying as an ACCA accountant in 2002, Darren has worked for Lime since 2003 and is responsible for all finance, compliance and regulatory manners falling within Lime and the Travel Innovation Group.


Darren is an Everton FC season ticket holder (for his sins!) and when he's not enjoying a match at Goodison Park, you're likely find him on the golf course!
