From 1 June, Iberia will be moving from Terminal 3 to Terminal 5 at London Heathrow.
From this date, Iberia will start operating from Terminal 5, with check-in area in zone B, counters B10 to B16. They return to the same location previously held, together with British Airways who will perform the handling for Iberia. This new location will improve connections between companies for all customers, with a wide network of flights and destinations, and will also offer an improved quality customer service. Iberia will continue to offer:
- Dedicated check-in area
- Premium Lounge access
- Fast Track or differentiated access

Iberia has been ranked by the international consulting firm Cirium, as the worlds most punctual airline in April 2023. With an improvement of six percent points compared to March a huge 87.28% of Iberia flights arrived on time!
