We're delighted to invite UK trade partners to the third annual Lime and British Airways Showcase Day this October! Join us at Twickenham Stadium on 17 October 2019 to meet key representatives, and delve deeper into the areas that affect them - all with lunch and parking included and prizes up for grabs! This year, we cover the following:

Amid British Airways £6.5bn investment plan, you'll hear from the airline on recent and upcoming enhancements to their product including cabin re-fits, new aircraft, latest routes and airport technology to speed up customer journeys.

Join our session with the Global Sales Distribution Change team to recap the airline's developments in NDC and what that means for you as customers of Lime, including the range of fare types now available to tour operators.

Representatives from London Gatwick and CityFlyer will deliver sessions explaining how their programmes and facilities offer your customer more choice, and what we can expect from them in the year ahead.

You'll also hear from Consumer Sales on their strategy going forward.

In between these informative sessions will be icebreaker activities to encourage conversation between peers, and to introduce you to your Lime or British Airways host. You'll have the opportunity to speak directly with your Lime hosts during networking sessions. If there is a particular meeting you'd like to arrange you can do so via our RSVP form below.

Don't miss the insightful Q&A with Lime Managing Director Michael Edwards where he answers audience questions and shares his forecast for the industry including what plans Lime has to continue supporting you.

Following the success of two prior events, held at Lime HQ in 2017 and British Airways Waterside base in 2018, a larger venue seemed a natural progression as our event grows and we seek to offer a fresh and engaging programme year on year.

Given British Airways partnership with Twickenham stadium this year, the venue seemed to be tailor-made to our requirements with ideal facilities whether you plan to hop the tube, grab a flight or drive to join us.

Something our guests always look forward to is the British Airways flight simulator. This year we're excited to have the sim available to guests who are bold enough to try their hand at the controls of a B787.

A representative from all corners of Lime will be present on the day, as well as the team that we work closely with at British Airways. If there's something specific you'd like to talk to us about, please give it a mention in the RSVP so that we can put time aside for you on the day.

Our Managing Director Michael Edwards takes to the stage again in a not to be missed Q&A session. Have your questions ready!

Take a look at the feedback we received following last year's event, and view our archive of Showcase event images

I felt the event really worked, there were clear aspects which were relevant to all. An understanding of how British Airways work, what they can provide and how different departments come together was a real incite for us. Along with being able to meet the Lime team
The operations and security presentations were really interesting, as it demonstrated the huge extra level of support and protection that BA offer - another level for why to chose BA over a low-cost carrier. A product overview is always interesting
The elements were enjoyable and [the event] puts an identity back into British Airways. Opportunity to meet other operators who use Lime, plus the Q&A with Michael Edwards was particularly useful
