The state of the art terminal was designed to take the stress away from being at the airport. Relax in a calm environment where you can eat, drink or shop at your own pace. With a variety of places to eat and drink from fine dining at the elegant Fortnum & Mason Bar to family-friendly restaurant chain giraffe or lunch on the go, there’s something to cater for all tastes.
Terminal 5 is a shoppers’ dream boasting 61 retail outlets to pass away the time in. You’ll find everything from famous perfumes to the latest electronic gadgets as well as all your travel essentials. Fashionistas are in for a treat too. Top brands such as Harrods, Tiffany & Co, Mulberry, Prada, Kurt Geiger and Reiss have all created unique Terminal 5 stores. Many, such as Paul Smith’s Globe, offer exclusive Terminal 5 pieces.
Elemis Travel Spa
First and Club World passengers and Silver or Gold Executive Club members travelling through Terminal 5 are invited for complimentary treatments at the Elemis Travel Spa located next to the departures lounges in Terminal 5A South and 5B.
Family friendly facilities
From summer 2018, British Airways have launched a number of new family friendly initiatives at Terminal 5. With a dedicated check in area and designated security lane exclusively for travellers with children under 12, it's easier than ever to pass through the airport.
Terminal 5 has two departure buildings, each with lounge facilities making up the largest and most luxurious airport lounge complex in the world.
