We Are With You and to continue supporting you, we're extending our opening hours to ensure we're delivering the best service for you.
From Monday 9 January 2023, you can contact Lime Flights Support during the following opening hours:
Monday - Friday = 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday - Sunday = 09:00 - 17:00
You can contact our team through our contact form, or by calling us on 0151 350 1180 during office hours. Please note that our FREE out of hours phone line is available outside of these times*.
This comes hand in hand with our increased phone service, where you can now contact Flights Support (with NO premium charge) for the following:
- Reservations: creating a booking, amendments prior to ticketing, service request, account administration, and general queries
- Schedules: schedule change acceptance, schedule change amendments, schedule change queries
- Ticketing: ticketing requests, ticket void requests, payments for ticketing
- Post-ticketing amends: amending a ticketed booking, reissuing a ticket, policy queries on ticketed bookings
- Refunds: cancel a ticketed booking, request a refund, refund enquiries
*The out of hours phone line is for cases of flight emergencies, urgent ticketing deadlines, or disruption where immediate assistance is required prior to our offices next opening.
