British Airways have recently announced that their Club Check-In area at London Heathrow Terminal 5 has now moved from Zones H/G to Zones A/B.
As they continue to improve the customer experience, this area will offer a larger space for Club customers to check in, in addition to Silver and Bronze Executive Club Members and those with Sapphire or Ruby OneWorld status.
Both self-service bag drop and customer service desks will still be available, and the nearest security fast-track will be North Security, which also offers a larger space.
British Airways have advised that all customers will be notified via email three days in advance of travel and there are no changes other than the relocation.
