Unexpected cancelled bookings - here's what to do

A British Airways system error has occurred, whereby some ticketed Flights bookings are showing as cancelled across the trade.

 We have updated our advice to all Lime customers who have passengers travelling on British Airways confirmed tickets.

- Lime's Customer Support team have reviewed and reissued any affected bookings that are due to travel up to 20 October, on our customers' behalf. 

- Lime will continue to review and reissue affected bookings working in departure order.

Due to the volume of bookings to review, we request that you take the following action to ensure your affected bookings are reissued ahead of their departure date:

-  Review your ticketed bookings via your Lime Flights account or via ba.com's 'Manage My Booking' portal.

- If the status of your booking has changed from 'Ticketed', you must contact Customer Support who can provide further information on next steps.

Note: Bookings that were held but not ticketed as of 24 May 2023 are not affected and do not require action.
