According to Foreign Travel Advice, you can usually stay in The Bahamas for up to 30 days without a visa.
To enter The Bahamas, there are no vaccinations requirements for those visiting from the UK.
Passports must have an ‘expiry date’ at least 6 months after the date you plan to leave and there are there are strict rules about goods you can take into or out of The Bahamas.
Bahamas Ferries operates fast ferry services from Nassau to Andros, Long Island, Exuma, Grand Bahama, South Abaco, and Eleuthera, including Spanish Wells and Harbour Island.
You can also explore 16 of the major islands by domestic carriers flying from Nassau.
The jitney bus is an affordable and widely used option for getting around the Bahamas. They operate from approximately 6am to 7pm.
The best time to visit The Bahamas is during the high season, which runs from mid-December to mid-April - making now a great time to lock in your client’s winter getaway.
During June, July, and August, temperatures tend to hover in the high 20°Cs and can reach up to 32°C at times. However, this is also the rainiest time of the year.
In the high season, there is a lower risk of rainfall, and the temperatures are slightly milder.
